We love this thing! It truly is a live saver. Or maybe I should say a sleep saver! Both my kids love their night light. It better than other kinds we have had. Two thumbs up from this momma !my kids really liked this light. i set it up in their room as a nightlight and it seemed to be working pretty well. i prefer these types with a battery compartment and a plug in because they can operate in case of a power outage. unfortunately the plug broke after being used for about a month. i went to plug it in because the batteries were low and it wouldn't power on. the light does still work but only on battery power, and the colors are really cool so i wont say to avoid this, but be careful how much you unplug it because its bound to break after awhile.This is a great night time light that is touch sensitive. Just touch and it changes colors. My daughter uses it at night when she's supposed to be sleeping but instead reading or playing with Legos. Good price, really cute.This lamp is squishy as advertised, with the soft silicone shell allowing it to be significantly deformed. Thankfully, it reforms its shape each time and does not leave unsightly dents.3 AAA batteries are required (not included), but the lamp also runs off a USB plug. This flexibility is a nice feature and allows you to use it to save on batteries as long as you have someplace to plug it in.The light uniformly illuminates the llama shape and provides two different brightness levels for the white light. Beyond white, there are quite a few different colors that you can choose. This feature leads to my only complaint about this llama lamp. The instructions tell you to lightly tap the base to cycle through the color and brightness options. It works inconsistently. Many taps are not registered. I found that a better option is to squeeze the silicone shell. It works more consistently and is more fun to do anyway.I got this squishy light to have as a night light option in my kids' room. It is perfect for reading a bedtime story and is bright enough to see the pages, but it still feels dark in their room, so we can get into bedtime mode. The design is really cute and I love that it is squishy. The brightest setting is actually brighter than I thought it would be and then you just tap the bottom to switch between the modes. I find that the tapping feature is a little sensitive and sometimes I have difficulty getting it to stay on one specific color. You can use this plugged in with the included cord, or you can use AAA batteries. I decided to opt for the batteries to make this more portable. Overall, my kids love it and it works great for their room.This light makes me miss drugs.Really, there are only two downsides:1) I put this in my 2-year-old's room and came back an hour later to find her having a silent rave with her stuffed crocodile; and2) Now I can see all the monsters in her room at night.Fun patterns, bright but not too-bright lights, and a child-safe squishy body make this a winner.Awesome llama. My kids love it!I bought this product for my daughter as a birthday present, and it did not disappoint. She absolutely loves kitties and was so excited when she opened it. It is easy to use in the battery life seems to be well for now. It lights up her room just enough to where it’s bright but not too bright. It is very easy to charge as well, but you have to be careful because if you push too hard it will come apart, but you can put it back together. Overall it’s a super cute item if you have a child that enjoys night lights and cats.
