The latex shell on these is by far better than others I have purchased in the past, which tend to leak at the seams or thin spots. These seem to be much more uniform and thicker shells. The internal “goo” or “mush” is the same as others and has a good soft feel. The only downside is the heavy chemical smell that emanates from these. It is so heavy, that I’m not sure if many months of airing out would even help; heck, by that time they may even degrade. So, these are probably not suited for kids as who knows what effect these vapors will have.The balls feel nice in your hand, can take a nice hard squeeze to an extent. They stick to the ceiling which is nice. I did have two out of the 3 balls break in my hand during a good hard sqeezing sesh. I now only have one ball standing which is sad I like to have both hands filled with balls.I liked that they are so easy to squeeze with my arthritis hands. And my grandkids find them perfect for throwing at each other. The color is bright and a good size for your hand and seem durable however; they were too soft for my daughter.I appreciated the feel of these but they broke too easily. Not safe for kids. Weird sticky stuff gets everywhere.Did not last and was not as durable as promised. Had a strong chemical smell, deflated pretty quickly. Overall not a good buy.gave for a gift, they took it out of bag and started using and instantly popped. So embarrassing.
